The Mentorship Program connects university students with alumni mentors to inspire personal growth, share practical career insights, and develop future leaders. Each student is paired with one mentor for a full semester, guided by Jeel’s structured mentorship curriculum.
Program Objectives:
This program helps students navigate their academic and career paths with clarity by fostering meaningful one-on-one relationships. Mentorship sessions are carefully monitored to ensure alignment with personal goals and skill-building milestones.
With four successful cohorts completed, KFUPM has been a flagship
partner in shaping the Mentorship Program. We have built a deeply engaged mentor community and established structure for semester based mentoring that is now a proven model. Our alumni mentors have guided students through personal growth, leadership reflection, and career goal setting, creating a replicable blueprint for other universities.
We are preparing to launch our first pilot cohort at King Saud University. The program is being tailored in collaboration with the university to align with students’ professional development needs.

Jeel On-Site is an immersive field experience program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and the real work environment. Through short-term on-site placements, university students observe, engage, and reflect on actual workplace dynamics to develop a practical understanding of various career paths.
Program Objectives:
To equip students with firsthand exposure to the professional world by placing them directly in real work settings, enabling them to make more informed, confident career decisions.
Orientation Session – Prepares students for the experience and sets expectations.
On-Site Experience (5 days) – Students shadow professionals in selected organizations, observing daily tasks and workplace culture.
Reflection Journal – Students document insights and learning outcomes throughout the experience.
Debrief Session – A wrap-up meeting to reflect, share takeaways, and connect experiences to future goals.
Certificate of Completion – A professional document recognizing participation in the Jeel On-Site experience.
Final-year university students across all majors who are exploring their career options and want to experience the workplace before graduation. Expected Impact:
